Age Restrictions:

Bluestem Meadow is an all ages venue. Unless otherwise stated, all guests are required to have a ticket in order to be admitted into the venue, regardless of age. Car seats are not permitted unless a ticket is purchased for the child to place the car seat in a venue seat. Car seats cannot be held on a lap, placed on the ground, stairways, or walkways. Strollers will be permitted for this event throughout the Bluestem Grounds.

Photo, Video & Audio Recording:

Camera policies vary depending on each performance. In most cases, disposable and non-professional cameras including phones are permitted, while professional cameras with removable lenses and all audio/video recording equipment, including GoPros, will not be permitted. Alcohol & Smoking:

Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the venue for adults 21 years of age and older with a valid ID. Sales of beer and other alcoholic beverages will be restricted to inside the Bluestem Ampitheater & Meadow grounds during select events. No outside alcohol is permitted.

Smoking is restricted to designated areas located around the grounds. Please be respectful of other guests and do not attempt to smoke outside the designated areas.

Safety & Medical Services:

An EMT is stationed on-site at each show. In case of emergency, venue staff is also available to assist. Please look for those wearing Jade Presents or Trollwood shirts—we’re here to help!

How do I find out about events at Bluestem?

All current and future event information is frequently updated and available on our event page. Your primary source for the latest event details is right here on our website.

For concert information, live announcements and updates, presale passwords, and more, download the Jade Presents app powered by Happy Harry’s Bottle Shops, your one-stop shop for all the latest from Jade Presents and Bluestem. You can download the app free of charge from the Apple app store or Google Play.

How do I secure my tickets to Bluestem events?

To guarantee entry, purchasing tickets in advance is highly recommended.

Concert tickets are available online via scsmokeout.com, BluestemAmphitheater.org or at JadePresents.com, in person at the Tickets300 box office located at 302 North University Drive in Fargo (open Monday – Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.), or over the phone by calling (866) 300-8300. In some cases, tickets may also be purchased the night of a show at the Hatch Realty Ticket House—near the entrance of the Bluestem Grounds—beginning 60 minutes before gates open. It is not guaranteed that all ticket types, if any, will be available the night of any show.

Trollwood performance tickets are available online via Trollwood.org.

Where do I pick up my Will Call tickets?

If you’ve selected Will Call as your ticket delivery option, you may pick up your tickets from the Hatch Realty Ticket house—near the entrance of the Bluestem Grounds—beginning 60 minutes before gates open on the night of the show. You will need to present a valid ID to claim your tickets at Will Call. Please call Tickets300 at (866) 300-8300 with any questions.

Please note: Tickets are only issued to the person who purchased them; the name on the ID must match our records.

Where are my seats located?

Someone in my party uses a wheelchair. Is there a place for them to sit?

Yes, ADA seating is available for guests with special needs. To reserve handicapped seating, please call the Tickets300 box office at (866) 300-8300 at your earliest convenience.

Where can I park?

Limited parking is available on the Bluestem grounds. We encourage all parties to carpool, take a shuttle (departing from select locations), or ride a bike whenever possible. Volunteer parking attendants will assist motorists upon entry.

Can I camp here?

Overnight camping is not permitted on the Bluestem Grounds. Complete camping information for the Fargo-Moorhead area can be found online at fargomoorhead.org.

What is permitted/not permitted at Bluestem?

The safety of our guests is our top priority to ensure everyone has a great time at Bluestem. You may be subject to search at our events. If you should arrive with a restricted item, you will be asked to return it to your vehicle. We appreciate your cooperation.

Is tailgating allowed before an event?

Bluestem Center for the Arts is school property, therefore no alcohol is allowed in the parking areas or around the Bluestem Grounds. If you do choose to arrive early, please respect school property. Do your part in keeping Bluestem Center for the Arts beautiful!

Are there ATMs on-site?

ATMs are available. Food, beverage, and merchandise vendors at Bluestem typically accept cash only, so it is recommended to plan accordingly.

Can a show be rained out?

As weather can often be unpredictable, each event at Bluestem will go on rain or shine. Should inclement weather such as lightning or tornadic activity become a factor and pose a threat to the artists and patrons, announcements will be made from the stage with information pertinent to the situation. To stay up-to-date with the latest weather information the day of the show, download the Jade Presents app powered by Happy Harrys Bottle Shops (available in the Apple or Google Play stores) for real-time updates and alerts. Please plan accordingly for forecasted rain.

What should I wear?

The Red River Valley is known for its unpredictable weather, so we encourage guests to check local forecasts the day of the show and dress appropriately for all conditions. Please come prepared when forecasts include weather conditions such as strong winds, cold evening temperatures, and severe rain among others. Even on the nicest days, please also keep in mind the dangers of full exposure to the sun. Check the event page for each show on Facebook for day-of weather updates or download the Jade Presents app powered by Happy Harrys Bottle Shops (available in the Apple or Google Play stores) for the latest weather information and alerts.

If I leave something in my car, am I allowed to leave the event to get it?

In most cases, re-entry into the venue is not allowed. In emergency medical situations, ticket takers may provide you with a wristband or stamp for re-admission, however the decision is ultimately up to the discretion of the Bluestem staff and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please be sure to double check that you’ve got everything you need before heading into the venue!

Is there WIFI available?

There will not be Wi-Fi for the patrons for this event.
